Sharon told me that the dog we were purchasing was 2. I asked to see health certs for the dog, which she texted me, but covered up the date of birth. I did not notice that the date of birth was covered up because that is not what I was looking for. After three months of begging for her actual paperwork, she finally sent it to me. The paperwork indicates the dog is 6.5 years old, not 2. When I asked Sharon for an explanation, she did not respond to me. I paid $2,250 for the dog, down from the asking price of $2,500 because the dog had so many medical issues that I paid to have remedied (really bad ear infections and severely impacted anal glands). She also lied when she told me she had the dog since birth (2012) – she only had the dog since 2016. I cannot recommend staying away from this unethical breeder enough.
