Beware. Michel Cadeaux is not a legitimate breeder. His Coton De Tulear’s are not registered, and he is NOT a member of any breeder’s club. He does not have any health certificates for his dogs. He is also a very combative, aggressive personality. Do not buy from him.
We love the Coton we bought from Michael (in Bethesda MD) in 2009. She has been an amazing and delightful member of our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again .
